Design
Some clients get the information they need from the initial consultation. If not, the next step is to contract design work with Charles Steele & Associates, Inc. Time can be spent designing a deck or an entire residential masterplan to be built in phases over yeras.
Cost: $400 - $4,000
Construction
Charles Steele & Associates, Inc. will build and manage your project. Our in-house crew and selected tradesmen can build what we design. The daily involvement of your architect facilitates the tweaks and changes assuring compelling results.
Cost: $1,200 - $120,000
